Parents are required to tour the program prior to enrollment. Parents are strongly encouraged to bring their child for a tour or for a follow-up visit as it is our belief that seeing your child interact in our environment is a valuable piece of information for you to have during your school selection process. During this tour, the parent will have the opportunity to view our campus, classroom environments, meet the teachers and receive all necessary registration paperwork. The parent(s) must return all completed registration forms at least one week prior to the child's start date so that files can be set up accurately and teachers can receive paperwork in a timely fashion. The annual registration fee is due with the application for enrollment. Spaces in the program will not be held unless the registration fee is paid.

ACADEMIC YEAR ENROLLMENT ONLY (August - June, based on Sarasota County Board of Education Calendar)
If your child attends the program during the academic year only, your child's spot in the class cannot be held during their absence unless registration fees plus one week's tuition (both are non-refundable) are paid upon withdrawal for the summer.
